It is time for an open and honest dialogue about Teddy Bridgewater not being a franchise starter

Teddy doesn't look great. And he's so easy to root for too because of the injury and all that stuff. And everywhere he goes, people seem to love him. But I think it's time for America to have an open and honest dialogue about Teddy Bridgewater. I don't think that John Elway is going to stick with Teddy going into [next year].

Bridgewater was not the starter in Denver the following year as they traded for Russell Wilson.

The Chiefs are playing sustainable, renewable football that will carry through the playoffs

You know what I think the [Chiefs] are doing right now, they're playing sustainable football, Big Cat. Yeah. This type of football can play football. Yeah. It's green. It's renewable football. This shit can be carried through throughout the playoffs. When it gets cold outside, they don't have to score 45 points a game to win all the time.

The Chiefs did make the AFC Championship game that year, proving their defense-heavy mid-season turn was effective for a playoff run.

The Lions are not the worst team in the NFL despite their record

The Lions are not the worst team in the NFL, even though they are, they, it took them this long to get the win. Like if you look at point differential, the fact they've been in every game, all those things like the lines are not the worst team in the NFL. And finally they get a win.

By point differential and DVOA, the Jaguars were generally considered the worst team in the NFL that season, supporting Big Cat's view.

The loss to the Lions is the point of no return for the Mike Zimmer era in Minnesota

It's over probably for the Mike Zimmer era in Minnesota. It's probably, I don't know what they can do with Kirk Cousins, but this did feel like the loss that like the point of no return in terms of losses.

Mike Zimmer was fired on January 10, 2022, shortly after the regular season ended.

Arm length doesn't matter for a tackle as long as the quarterback doesn't have tiny hands

Arm length doesn't always dictate everything. If you have a guy that's got short arms that's playing tackle, it's not the end of the world unless maybe you also have a quarterback with tiny hands, in which case it's like synergy factors. Right. Where if the guy with short arms can't block the guy and then the guy with tiny hands gets hit, more likely to fumble.

Whether specific arm length correlates to fumbles based on QB hand size is largely theoretical and difficult to prove or disprove.

You should never order appetizers at a steakhouse to maximize your sides

I'm of the mindset now that you don't need any appetizers at steakhouses. It's, it's a good place to run Zero apps... You don't need the calamari at a steakhouse... The sides at a steakhouse are elite. The mashed potatoes are always elite... mac and cheese always elite at a steakhouse, you wanna maximize your sides to go with a steak.

This is entirely a matter of personal dining preference.

Trent Williams is the rare offensive lineman who is actually fun to watch play

Trent Williams is a joy to have on your team. He's just a fucking bully. He's also the rare offensive lineman where you have fun watching him play. Like after the ball was snapped, my eyes would just go to Trent Williams because it's like this guy, we might throw an interception, but Trent Williams might punch a guy in the throat.

This is a subjective opinion about entertainment value.
