The Rams will make the Super Bowl this season

[Are you guys going to the Super Bowl this year?] Man, we better. We've got a good team. We've got good pieces in place.

The Rams did reach Super Bowl LIII in the 2018 season.

Putting the third announcer on a field-level cart for MNF is a mistake

When you put a guy, a third guy, not in the booth, in some fucking weird contraption on the field, it will always feel like he's butting into the conversation and doesn't know really when to talk.

The 'Booger Mobile' was widely panned by fans and eventually discontinued after one season.

The new Monday Night Football booth is an 'F' without Joe Tessitore

Without Joe Tessitore, it's an F.

Subjective opinion on broadcast quality.

Marcus Mariota or Jameis Winston will officially be labeled a bust this year

One of those two guys [Mariota or Winston] is going to suck again and we go bust, bust, bust.

Both players eventually lost their starting jobs with their original teams. Winston was replaced after 2019 and Mariota was benched for Tannehill in 2019.

Amon-Ra St. Brown is going to have a huge year in 2023

I just got done throwing with St. Brown out in LA and seeing his progression this off-season. I'm like, that kid's gonna have a big year.

St. Brown was a First-Team All-Pro in 2023 with 119 receptions and 1,515 yards.

The 2018 NFC Championship non-call was not pass interference

Was it pass interference? No, not, it wasn't. Was it called Pass interference? It was not. I've had a million pass interferences that weren't called. ...

The NFL later acknowledged the call was missed and it led to a rule change allowing PI to be reviewed (briefly). It was objectively PI.

Dan Campbell is as smart as anyone I've ever been around in football

I've told people a million times, he looks like a meathead. He's big strong dude. He talks like he does, but he's as smart as anyone I've been around. It's some the art of war shit. Like, make them, make your opponent believe that you're unprepared and then he kind of likes it.

Campbell's success and the Lions' offensive creativity under his leadership have largely validated this sentiment.
