Taysom Hill is probably not the Saints' quarterback of the future

Yeah, Taysom Hill probably not, probably not the quarterback of the future, but he's still, I still like Taysom.

Correct. Taysom Hill eventually transitioned back into a utility/tight end role under Dennis Allen, and the Saints moved on to Jameis Winston and later Derek Carr.

The Saints' season is officially over

I think [the Saints'] season is officially over just because we've... they've kind of kept in a lot of these games, even though they haven't... but man, they like that Taysom Hill is just the whole entire offense, Kamara not being there, Michael Thomas just retiring early, which sucks, the whole thing just feels like it's falling apart.

Correct. The Saints finished 9-8 and missed the playoffs in 2021.

Taysom Hill is the Nate Diaz of quarterbacks

Billy's take on Taysom Hill, by the way, was like, he's the Nate Diaz of quarterbacks where he's... he may not win, but you respect them... like he'll just straight up get his ass kicked... then afterwards you're like, he didn't stop running.

Subjective comparison between a quarterback and an MMA fighter based on 'grit' and lack of traditional polish.

Micah Parsons is now the best defensive player on the Cowboys, surpassing Trevon Diggs

[Trevon Diggs] is now no longer the best defensive player on the Cowboys. Micah Parsons is insane. Yeah. I saw a stat that Micah Parsons, he's already surpassed all of Chase Young's defensive rookie of the year stats and we still have five games left.

Correct. Micah Parsons became a perennial DPOY candidate and is widely considered one of the best defensive players in football, whereas Diggs is seen as a high-variance playmaker.

Arm length doesn't matter for a tackle as long as the quarterback doesn't have tiny hands

Arm length doesn't always dictate everything. If you have a guy that's got short arms that's playing tackle, it's not the end of the world unless maybe you also have a quarterback with tiny hands, in which case it's like synergy factors. Right. Where if the guy with short arms can't block the guy and then the guy with tiny hands gets hit, more likely to fumble.

Whether specific arm length correlates to fumbles based on QB hand size is largely theoretical and difficult to prove or disprove.

You should never order appetizers at a steakhouse to maximize your sides

I'm of the mindset now that you don't need any appetizers at steakhouses. It's, it's a good place to run Zero apps... You don't need the calamari at a steakhouse... The sides at a steakhouse are elite. The mashed potatoes are always elite... mac and cheese always elite at a steakhouse, you wanna maximize your sides to go with a steak.

This is entirely a matter of personal dining preference.

Trent Williams is the rare offensive lineman who is actually fun to watch play

Trent Williams is a joy to have on your team. He's just a fucking bully. He's also the rare offensive lineman where you have fun watching him play. Like after the ball was snapped, my eyes would just go to Trent Williams because it's like this guy, we might throw an interception, but Trent Williams might punch a guy in the throat.

This is a subjective opinion about entertainment value.
