Minnesota is one of the most cursed sports cities in the country

Minnesota fans listening to this right now, you guys deserve credit for being one of the most cursed sports cities out there. The last time they were in a championship round was 1991 with the twins. They've had some really, really, like, they, the problem with the Minnesota sports is they're actually like good, but they're never good enough to win. And they haven't had a title in whatever it's Yeah. 30 years and they have all four major teams.

The Twins' 1991 World Series is indeed the last major championship for the city. While subjective as a 'curse', the factual stats regarding title droughts support the claim.

The Vikings will not commit to Sam Darnold long-term after this season

This might be a long-term positive because you are not gonna give Sam Darnold the long-term contract. You might still franchise tag him just 'cause that gives you flexibility... But in a weird way, this is actually a positive where it's like you're not gonna give, you're not gonna commit to Sam Darnold Long term after how this season ended.

The Vikings did not sign Sam Darnold to a long-term deal. Darnold left in free agency and signed with the Seattle Seahawks for $100.5 million over 3 years.

The Eagles will win 29-10 against the Rams on Sunday

If Saquon Barkley does what the rest of the NFL wants him to do, the Eagles win that game 29 to 10 on Sunday.

The Eagles beat the Rams 28-22 in the Divisional Round, not 29-10 as Max predicted. The score and margin were both off.

Pay-per-view is definitely not dead

Pay-per-view isn't dead. I mean, I'm gonna do a pay-per-view this Saturday. And when we were doing this deal, you know, even with the streaming services that we were talking to all the different ones, some of them still had pay-per-view options. So pay-per-view is not dead. That's not true.

The health of the PPV industry is a complex economic reality that remains to be seen in the long term.

Fighter pay has increased with every new deal and will continue to go up with the Paramount Plus deal

Since 2001, the day we bought this company fighter pay has gone up. Every new deal that we've done, fight, pay has gone up and obviously fight or pay will go up for this deal. It's incredible for the fighters.

While total pay has increased as the business grows, critics often point to the percentage of revenue shared with fighters, making the 'increase' a point of debate.

Power Slap is the most successful business I have ever been part of in such a short time

The most successful business I've ever been a part of in such a short amount of time. [Power Slap]

Hard to verify without internal financials, but Dana has consistently staked his reputation on this claim.
