Todd Bowles is a top 8 coach in the NFL

I'm taking out my take that I retired like three years ago. Todd Bowles, great coach. Todd Bowles, top eight coach in the NFL.

Subjective ranking. Bowles went on to win the Super Bowl as DC and eventually became the Bucs head coach, maintaining a respectable career.

The Bears should trade for Matthew Stafford

What do you want for your birthday? Let's get you Matt Stafford. I would take that. Absolutely.

Stafford was traded shortly after this episode, but to the Rams, not the Bears.

Matt LaFleur's decision to kick a field goal on 4th and goal was the most cowardly move ever

The most cowardice field goal of all time. Matt LaFleur, I do not understand what you're doing. The decision to kick a field goal with two 10 to 15 left, three timeouts down eight on the seven yard line fourth and goal so that you can seemingly go from down one score to down one score... was so beyond.

This is a subjective tactical opinion, though it is widely regarded as one of the worst late-game decisions in playoff history.

The torch for the worst fourth down field goal decision has passed from Dan Quinn to Matt LaFleur

The Packers are the first team to attempt a field goal when trailing by four to eight points in the final three minutes of a game since Dan Quinn did that on November 8th, 2015. So I think today is the day. It is officially the torch. The torch has been passed. It is now a Matt LaFleur.

Subjective show lore, but based on a verifiable stat that LaFleur was the first to do it since Quinn.

Arm length doesn't matter for a tackle as long as the quarterback doesn't have tiny hands

Arm length doesn't always dictate everything. If you have a guy that's got short arms that's playing tackle, it's not the end of the world unless maybe you also have a quarterback with tiny hands, in which case it's like synergy factors. Right. Where if the guy with short arms can't block the guy and then the guy with tiny hands gets hit, more likely to fumble.

Whether specific arm length correlates to fumbles based on QB hand size is largely theoretical and difficult to prove or disprove.

You should never order appetizers at a steakhouse to maximize your sides

I'm of the mindset now that you don't need any appetizers at steakhouses. It's, it's a good place to run Zero apps... You don't need the calamari at a steakhouse... The sides at a steakhouse are elite. The mashed potatoes are always elite... mac and cheese always elite at a steakhouse, you wanna maximize your sides to go with a steak.

This is entirely a matter of personal dining preference.

Trent Williams is the rare offensive lineman who is actually fun to watch play

Trent Williams is a joy to have on your team. He's just a fucking bully. He's also the rare offensive lineman where you have fun watching him play. Like after the ball was snapped, my eyes would just go to Trent Williams because it's like this guy, we might throw an interception, but Trent Williams might punch a guy in the throat.

This is a subjective opinion about entertainment value.
