Batman and Batgirl are siblings in DC lore and their relationship is incestuous

Batman and Batwoman were depicted as parents and Robin and Batgirl were depicted as their children. But then... Robin and Batgirl are supposed to be siblings and they're fucking, so they're like, oh, they're not gay. They're just incestuous.

In most DC continuities, Batgirl (Barbara Gordon) and Robin (Dick Grayson) are not siblings; they are protégés of Batman. Big Cat is misinterpreting the 'Batman Family' concept which was more of a group title than a literal bloodline for those specific characters.

I'm gonna miss him. [Juan Soto] is 23. He's Ted Williams. He might be better than Ted Williams. He's Babe Ruth and Barry Bonds combined.

While Soto is an elite player, comparing a 23-year-old to the combined stats of Ruth and Bonds is purely subjective hyperbole.

The Nationals were never going to re-sign him. So you've got a lot... the Padres aren't going to re-sign him. The Yankees are, the Dodgers are the only two teams that are going to afford Juan Soto.

The Nationals did fail to sign him, and the Padres eventually traded him to the Yankees, confirming he was too expensive for mid-market teams.

The Chicago Cubs look like idiots for not trading Wilson Contreras at the deadline

The Cubs who didn't trade Wilson Contreras... he's gonna walk for a huge bag at the end of the year and then the Cubs will be like, oh, we got a compensatory pick. That's way worse. They literally dangled this guy for an entire month, they won't give him an extension and now they don't trade him and they look like idiots.

Contreras did eventually sign with the rival Cardinals in the offseason, and the Cubs only received a compensatory pick, confirming Big Cat's frustration was justified.

The Brewers' pressure created their 'lucky' breaks

That's not luck. That's just the Brewers and what they did to you mentally, where it's like you have to be perfect and almost made teams just become a worse version of themselves because of what the Brewers were doing to them.

This is an evaluative baseball argument rather than a claim with one definitive result.

The Bears are building around Jeffrey Simmons correctly

Jeffrey Simmons is an absolute game wrecker. Top three at his position, changes everyone around him. The Bears had a weakness in their defense, especially run defense. They made it a strength.

The assessment of Simmons' impact and positional ranking is partly subjective and will depend on his Chicago performance.
