Conor McGregor's rampage at Barclays Center was a real incident, not a work

I cannot figure out, a lot of people are saying it might be a work. I think it's real. I think it's absolutely real.

The incident led to actual criminal charges and lawsuits, confirming it was not a scripted 'work' for the UFC.

Conor McGregor is intentionally trying to go to prison to escape a bounty from the Irish mob.

Do you think that Conor McGregor intentionally is trying to go to prison to get away from the Irish mob? Because there's allegedly a bounty on his head.

This was never proven and McGregor did not end up in prison long-term for the Barclays incident.

Conor McGregor is bigger than the UFC

Conor McGregor's bigger than the UFC. That's really what it comes down to. I think Dana White actually has a problem here because he can't pay Conor McGregor what Conor McGregor is worth at this point.

While subjective, McGregor's pay-per-view numbers historically dwarfs other events, supporting the claim of his individual leverage.

Sergio Garcia has never won a major in his life and he never will.

Sergio and the fact that he's known for choking and that he'll never win a major. Ever... [Big Cat: He's going to put [the green jacket] on the winner, but he won't wear one himself... Because he's never won one.]

Sergio Garcia won the Masters in 2017, making the literal claim that he's never won a major false.

Michigan was definitively the better team in the National Championship and it never felt like UConn was in danger of winning.

Michigan was the better team. We all saw it. It never felt like [the game] was in danger. Like the only moment that I was like, oh, UConn might have a chance, was when there was like maybe five and a half minutes left and Mullens missed that three to cut it to four.

The episode presents Michigan winning the 2026 National Championship as a fact within the show's timeline.

Michigan was the best team all year — outside of Duke, who would have won the championship by a lot

They were the best team. They were the best team all year outside of Duke. 'Cause that actually was my other big takeaway — Duke just completely, Duke beat this Michigan team a month and a half ago.

Subjective comparison of team quality. Duke did beat Michigan during the regular season in 2025-26.

Danny Hurley is 18-1 against the spread in his last four NCAA tournaments, which is insane

Danny Hurley remains 18 and one in the last four tournaments against the spread. How insane is that? Furman is the only one that they didn't cover. That was the first round this year.

This is a factual claim about Hurley's ATS record over the last four NCAA tournaments. Based on UConn's remarkable tournament run, this is plausible and presented as a known stat. Cannot fully verify exact record but the claim is stated as fact.
