Expanding the College Football Playoff to 24 or 28 teams is way too many

I was fine with 12. I do think there's seasons when you can have those teams from that six to eight range where, hey, they're peaking at the right time. 24? No thank you. This would suck.

Whether expanding the CFP to 24 or 28 teams is 'too many' is a subjective opinion about the ideal playoff format size.

The NFL will officially announce starting quarterbacks for the Browns and Colts this week

I think we're gonna get starting quarterbacks announced maybe this week... I think we're gonna get announcements from the teams this week of who the starting guys are gonna be in Cleveland [and Indy].

The Browns announced Deshaun Watson (and Jameis Winston as backup) later that week, and the Colts confirmed Anthony Richardson.

Kevin Stefanski will start Joe Flacco to buy time while Dylan Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders compete for the future

I think what [Kevin Stefanski] is gonna do is start Flacco and then he'll continue to have Gabriel and Sanders kind of like going shot for shot. See, figuring out who the next guy Ups gonna be. Yep. And he's gonna buy himself a couple weeks by having Flacco start.

The Browns actually entered the season with Deshaun Watson as the starter; Flacco was not on the roster to start 2024, and Dylan Gabriel stayed in college for another year.

I think [Matthew Stafford] can start and finish the season, but I think he'll probably miss a couple games inside the season.

Matthew Stafford did not miss significant games in 2025. He had an MVP-caliber season with 4,707 passing yards (1st in NFL), played all or nearly all games, and led the league in yards and TDs.

I'm starting to grow on it. My problem is, I'm thinking about it in just this year where we actually had parity.
