I will be in the best shape of my life when I turn 40

I have the double whammy of our birthday month is coming up and it's our last birthday in our thirties. And I am trying to tell myself that when I turn 40, I have to turn 40 in good shape in the best shape of my life... I'm going to put in a very concerted effort starting on Tuesday.

Personal fitness goal for Big Cat to be in the best shape of his life at 40. This is unverifiable from public records.

Joe Flacco is elite. He is fucking elite. And the Cleveland Browns clincher playoff spot. Yes. And watching this game, the, the thought occurred to me, what if we had a Browns line, super Bowl?

While Flacco played exceptionally well to lead the Browns to the playoffs, 'elite' remains a subjective and often meme-based descriptor for him.

I have more confidence in the 2023 Browns with Joe Flacco than I would if Deshaun Watson were still healthy

I feel so much more confident about the Cleveland Browns in 2023 than if Deshaun Watson had played the whole season. I can't believe I'm saying that sentence, but I fully believe it. Like I think Joe [Flacco], with how he's playing right now, is the perfect guy for this.

This is subjective, but Flacco did lead the Browns to a playoff berth before losing in the Wild Card round.

I also had one bone to pick. The third place game, which is hilarious that they still do this... The fact that those goals count for the Golden Boot is such bullshit. That's stupid. That should not count. Like that's not a real game.

LeBron James will announce his free agency decision tonight.

I'm fully expecting him to announce at 9:00 PM tonight. Yep. Like shit like that where it's like, I went to a movie on Thursday night. I was like, oh, LeBron's gonna fucking announce during the movie. He's, he's now fucking us... I think that's what's gonna happen. I think he's gonna decide tonight.

Big Cat predicted that LeBron James would announce his free agency decision at 9:00 PM on July 20, 2026. However, reports from July 20 and July 21, 2026, indicated that James had not yet made his decision, and his agent stated on July 21 that he did not know when the announcement would occur.
