That was probably the last time Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce play on the same football field. I feel really bad for Patrick Mahomes because that sucks to have an [ACL] injury like that and have to rehab for the entire off-season after what was already kind of a season from hell.

Patrick Mahomes, after suffering a torn ACL in December 2025, has made a full recovery and was cleared to participate in training camp in July 2026. Travis Kelce returned for the 2026 NFL season. Mahomes and Kelce have already been on the same football field during training camp, with Mahomes throwing a pass to Kelce, and Mahomes is expected to start in Week 1 of the 2026 season, meaning they will continue to play together.
