The Bears organization failed Justin Fields

The Bears failed Justin Fields, it sucks that this is the way it ended. They set him up in a really bad spot in the fact that they drafted him with a coach that was already on the hot seat... Year two, the team was actively tanking... Year three, they were basically like, be so good Justin Fields that we will keep you go out and do it with an OC that doesn't really know how to use you.

This is a subjective evaluation of organizational management.

The 2024 NCAA Tournament committee is a bunch of sick perverts

Someone in that committee is a real sick pervert... The Pardon My Take region. It wasn't just that they had to put me versus PFT Wisconsin versus James Madison in the first round. They also put Vermont and Duke in the same quadrant.

This is a subjective opinion about the committee's motivations.

UVA getting into the NCAA tournament is a disgusting decision

The sickest thing they did was put UVA in. Yeah, that's disgusting. UVA. So you should be ashamed of yourself.

Virginia played in the First Four and lost 67-42 to Colorado State in a game widely mocked for being uncompetitive, validating the 'disgusting' take for many fans.

James Madison will reach the Sweet 16

I have the JMU Dukes, I have James Madison winning two games.

James Madison beat Wisconsin in the first round but lost to Duke in the second round, failing to reach the Sweet 16.

Michigan was definitively the better team in the National Championship and it never felt like UConn was in danger of winning.

Michigan was the better team. We all saw it. It never felt like [the game] was in danger. Like the only moment that I was like, oh, UConn might have a chance, was when there was like maybe five and a half minutes left and Mullens missed that three to cut it to four.

The episode presents Michigan winning the 2026 National Championship as a fact within the show's timeline.

Michigan was the best team all year — outside of Duke, who would have won the championship by a lot

They were the best team. They were the best team all year outside of Duke. 'Cause that actually was my other big takeaway — Duke just completely, Duke beat this Michigan team a month and a half ago.

Subjective comparison of team quality. Duke did beat Michigan during the regular season in 2025-26.

Danny Hurley is 18-1 against the spread in his last four NCAA tournaments, which is insane

Danny Hurley remains 18 and one in the last four tournaments against the spread. How insane is that? Furman is the only one that they didn't cover. That was the first round this year.

This is a factual claim about Hurley's ATS record over the last four NCAA tournaments. Based on UConn's remarkable tournament run, this is plausible and presented as a known stat. Cannot fully verify exact record but the claim is stated as fact.
