Wisconsin's first game against Ohio State is a recon mission to prepare for the Big Ten Championship

In a weird way, I want to use this as a recon mission and get close and then beat them in Indy, go to the college football playoffs and then win the national championship. I'll just die of happiness.

Wisconsin lost both games to Ohio State in 2019: 38-7 in the regular season and 34-21 in the Big Ten Championship.

Patrick Mahomes' knee injury will only keep him out for 3 to 4 weeks

Patrick Mahomes has a knee... hopefully it's only gonna be like three or four weeks. But if he has a ligament [tear] then it's more.

Mahomes dislocated his patella and returned in Week 10, exactly three weeks later (missing 2 games). PFT was very accurate.

Joe Flacco's body language is the most concerning thing about the Broncos offense

The most concerning thing about Joe Flacco tonight was his body language overall. He has a face that he looks like he's always looking for his car in a big parking lot... He looks like he knows that his body is not capable of doing anything anymore.

Flacco was placed on IR shortly after this game and never played for the Broncos again, confirming the 'not capable' sentiment.

John Elway is so good at evaluating quarterbacks that he chooses to never draft them

John Elway owes somebody a lot of money and he's actually very good at evaluating quarterbacks. He's so good, in fact, that he never drafts [one].

Elway's struggles to find a franchise QB post-Manning are well-documented, making this a classic PMT roast.

The Lions will win the NFC North

I think they're gonna be really good. Are the Lions on Crosby watch? ... I think them and maybe the Cowboys might be on Crosby watch. ... I think they probably will win the NFC North.

The 2026 NFC North winner will determine whether this prediction was correct.

The Bears could have a top-five offense even if they miss the playoffs

There's a world where the Bears don't make the playoffs, but they're a top-five offense. And our defense is so bad that I can almost—I would be very upset, but I could deal with it.

This resolves when the 2026 regular season ends and Chicago's offensive ranking and playoff status are known.

The Jaguars could win the AFC South

I think the Jaguars are not getting any respect or talked about a lot. I think they're gonna be really good this year. They could win the South. I think Trevor Lawrence is gonna keep going forward.

The Jaguars' season and Trevor Lawrence's 2026 performance will determine the prediction.
