College football is better off with a 12-team playoff and it doesn't diminish the regular season
I think this day is a long time coming for college football. Anybody that says college football is worse off for the playoff is lying or just grifting... it doesn't diminish the regular season at all. It makes us have way more games that matter in November.

View episodeJacoby Brissett is an eight-win quarterback guy under the radar
[Jacoby Brissett] is a good quarterback. He'll get you probably eight wins if he starts the entire season... I'm just saying Jacoby Brissett feels like an eight-win quarterback guy under the radar.
Jacoby Brissett is a 'tread water' quarterback, not an eight-win guy
I wouldn't say he's an eight win quarterback. I think he's a get you a couple wins in, like your starter goes down. Jacoby Brissett comes in, he can tread water. He's a tread water guy. He's a three and four guy.
I won't get FOMO about Drake Maye sitting because the Patriots are in a rebuilding year
I'm not gonna get FOMO about Drake Maye not starting. Our offensive line's bad. I think our roster's not great. It's okay. It's a rebuilding year. I think you let's embrace it for what it is.

The Big 10 is, is the best conference in college football right now. And I think they will probably win their fourth national title with the fourth different team this year.
Texas is not the clear #2 team in the SEC; their schedule is nasty and the program vibes feel tenuous
I push back on Texas being the clear number two, the more I thought about it. That schedule is so nasty... I just don't like the whispers around the program right now. It feels like Sark never really has that thing where he is like, you know, I know Cignetti at Indiana is a firm leader and that thing is tight. Georgia, Kirby Smart, same thing... but I don't feel that at Texas.
Texas A&M is a fake top 10 team this year
I don't believe in them at all. A&M fans think I'm just a hater, but last year... their first seven games in the SEC were against teams ranked 10th through 16th in the SEC. They needed a miracle to beat South Carolina. Then they finally get to Texas, they finally get to Miami. They can't score, they can't move the ball. And I think the quarterback is just okay. And I think they had to revamp the offensive and defensive lines. They're not getting that schedule again. I think A&M right now is a fake top 10 team.
