The Patriots' elite offense will offset any defensive challenge the Chargers present in the Wild Card round

I think our great offense can offset any great defense. ... I would rather be going up against a great defense with a great offense than having to go up against a fantastic offense with a okay defense. ... Justin Herbert in the playoffs [is a] big pick guy. He's gotta prove it.

Patriots beat Chargers 16-3 in Wild Card, but it was defense (5 sacks, Herbert held to 159 yards) not 'elite offense' that won it. Offense scored just one TD.

Miami would win the National Championship if they simply ran the ball every single play

I think that Miami could win this game if they ran the ball every single play. Their offensive line was dominant. And even when a guy would get wrapped up for a two yard gain, then you get the five huge big giant dogs on their offensive line pushing them downhill like an avalanche. You end up with a five, six yard gain on it.

While Miami did win the semi-final, they have not played the championship game yet. The effectiveness of running every play is subjective.

At least one NFL team that loses this weekend will fire their head coach specifically to pursue John Harbaugh

I think that there's gonna be a team that loses in the playoffs that's gonna fire the coach too... thinking, oh, we're definitely gonna get [John] Harbaugh. Maybe two. And then one of those teams won't get Harbaugh.

PFT predicted a team that lost in the playoffs would fire their coach to pursue John Harbaugh. The Ravens missed the playoffs (8-9), fired Harbaugh after 18 seasons, and the Giants hired him. While the Ravens didn't lose 'in' the playoffs (they missed entirely), the spirit of the prediction about Harbaugh being pursued and hired came true.

Mike McDaniel will likely become the Commanders' offensive coordinator because of his relationship with Dan Quinn

The reason why I think [McDaniel] might, he might be a commander. Offensive coordinators. He loves Dan Quinn. ... Dan was like his number one advocate when it came to getting him sober and supporting [him]. ... He's probably odds on favor that it's gonna be the commanders.

Mike McDaniel did not become the Commanders' offensive coordinator. He was hired by the Los Angeles Chargers as their offensive coordinator under Jim Harbaugh, officially announced on January 26, 2026. The Commanders instead promoted David Blough to offensive coordinator.

This is the Knicks' championship to lose

This series is over. Right. And the Spurs Thunder series looks like it's going at least six, probably seven. Like it looks like an absolute battle. Yeah. So that's good for them. The Spurs all things, I mean, this is, this is the Knicks championship to lose.

The Knicks are currently in the second round/Conference finals (implied), so they haven't won the championship yet.

My official stance on the Toucher & Rich radio beef is simply 'fuck 'em'

I'm not leading this battle. They took a shot. I said fuck him. And that's where I stand... Official stance. So you guys can just fuck him.

Subjective personal stance.

I did not fart during the Kellen Moore interview; it was just air that fell out of my body

The sound did come out of me, my body. But it was not a conscious fart... Most farts air coming out of your asshole, max, most farts max have to push. Like most farts, you're like, this one fell out... I was not like, consciously like, oh, I got a fart. But when I lifted up my leg, I, I guess I had like gas down there... A dude came out of my ass. That was so loud.

It was definitively a fart.
