Andy Reid's teams always take a sharp performance dip after Halloween

We all know that Andy [Reid], he takes a sharp dip after Halloween. He goes into stage two diabetes and never comes back.

The 2018 Chiefs actually finished 12-4 and secured the #1 seed, though they lost in the AFC Championship. They went 5-3 after Halloween.

I am going to hang the Done Chain on the Houston Texans. Done. Done. I'm done with them.

The 2018 Texans actually went on a 9-game winning streak after this and finished 11-5, winning the AFC South. This is a legendary 'cold take'.

Deshaun Watson will not have a great season due to his ACL recovery timeline

I didn't think that Deshaun Watson was going to have a great year this year because Adrian Peterson screwed it up for everybody by coming back from that ACL so quickly... It's going to be like a year and a half before he gets back to normal.

Watson actually had a very strong 2018, throwing for over 4,000 yards and 26 TDs while making the Pro Bowl.
