Both the Jets and Panthers will finish the season 9-8 after the Sam Darnold trade

Both teams finished this trade 9-8. That's really what it comes down to.

The Jets finished 4-13 and the Panthers finished 5-12 in the 2021 season. Mediocrity would have actually been an improvement for both.

No one in the world was beating Baylor in the National Championship game

No one in the world was beating Baylor on Monday night. And I think that we spent all year talking about how great Gonzaga was, rightfully so, because they were undefeated. But the real debate now is, is Baylor an all-time great team? Because they destroyed everyone in the tournament.

Baylor won 86-70 in a game that was rarely close, validating this take.

Baylor is already in the conversation for the best college basketball champion of the last 30 years

Baylor is already in the conversation for best champion in the last 30 years. [They] destroyed everyone in the tournament. The only team that covered against Baylor was the University of Hartford.

Baylor's 2021 run is statistically one of the most dominant in modern history, making this a widely held opinion in retrospect.

Gonzaga should absolutely play in a real conference

Well, you should play in a real conference. You should absolutely play in a real conference. Yes, I'm going to say that with my chest. And yeah, a lot of it has to do with the fact that there aren't a ton of Gonzaga fans out there. It's not like we're talking shit about the Steelers... With Gonzaga, it's like free play. Consequence free zone.

This is a subjective debate about conference strength, though Gonzaga moved to the Pac-12 in 2024, showing they eventually agreed they needed a change.

Augusta National likely set up Mark Calcavecchia to get caught with a cell phone to prove they still have authority

My theory is that they talked to... a behind the scenes situation where they said, we getting a lot of shit. People are saying that we still don't have it, so we're gonna throw your ass out if you're okay with just saying that he had a cell phone. So I think it might be a setup.

While purely speculative, Augusta is known for extreme measures to maintain its cell phone ban; however, there is no evidence this specific incident was a 'setup' for PR.

I can shoot a 110 at Augusta National

I actually don't think that what I said was that stupid. You said you could shoot 110. I think I could shoot 109. I could break 110. I'm not saying I would do it every time. I don't think so. I think I could do it.

The difficulty of Augusta is legendary. Most amateur golfers, including PFT based on his self-reported 87 on a par 70, would likely struggle to break 120 or 130 on a tournament-ready Augusta setup.

Everyone should be able to break 150 at Augusta National

It was more so the people that were like, dude, you can break 150. I think everybody, everyone here should be able to break 150 at Augusta.

150 is a very high score (over 8 strokes per hole). Most athletic people could likely manage this if they just advanced the ball, but greens might cause issues.
