I am better at kicking field goals than 50% of the players on the New York Red Bulls

I think I am better than 50% of New York Red Bulls soccer players at kicking field goals in football. From 35 yards, yes. Then 50% of MLS, yes.

While untested, it's highly improbable an amateur could out-kick professional athletes whose entire job is ball striking.

Paying Patrick Mahomes this much money will inevitably hurt the Chiefs' roster depth

The ultimate question now is will paying Patrick Mahomes this much hurt the team? And of course it will because he's going to be paid a lot of money. And is it going to be worth it in the long run when you have to figure out a way to Cobble together a team by paying Patrick Mahomes as well.

While the Chiefs did lose Tyreek Hill, they managed to win back-to-back Super Bowls in 2022 and 2023, proving the depth issues were manageable.

Patrick Mahomes is already a Hall of Famer

There are 13 guys who have won Super Bowl MVP and League MVP... nine of them are in the Hall of Fame. The other three are Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning, Tom Brady. Then the 13th is Patrick Mahomes. So essentially you're saying he's already a Hall of Famer. Yes.

With three Super Bowl titles, three Super Bowl MVPs, and two NFL MVPs, Mahomes is an absolute certainty for the Hall of Fame.

I would hammer the under on Patrick Mahomes winning 3.5 more Super Bowls

If you though said over under Super Bowls for Patrick Mahomes, and you said it at let's say three and a half, I would hammer the under and that's nothing against Patrick Mahomes. That's just the NFL.

Mahomes currently has 3 rings as of 2024. He needs two more to beat Big Cat's 'under' (which was 3.5 additional from 2020, meaning 4.5 total).

The 4-1 loss to Belgium was the worst USMNT performance in years

That was the worst performance from the US that I've seen in years. Just completely lackluster from the start. So much blame to go around. Tim Ream, friend of the program, good guy over the hill, turned into soccer Shawn Bradley before our very eyes got dunked on twice.

Subjective opinion on the quality of the performance.

Christian Pulisic was a 'no-show' and looked like he didn't care against Belgium

Christian Pulisic, the long anointed Captain America future face of this league for American soccer. Absolute no show of a game, I would say worse than a no show of a game. And then he checks himself out. Just looks lackluster, looks like he doesn't care at all. Had the most turnovers on the field of anybody. That played just really, really, really bad.

Subjective evaluation of Pulisic's effort and performance.

The US will never close the skill gap compared to the rest of the world in soccer

People will never close the skill gap. USA will never close the skill gap compared to the rest of the world in soccer.

Historically, the US has struggled to produce technical talent on par with Brazil or Europe.
