The new XFL is probably going to suck

I'll give you – it's going to suck. We all agree, right? It's probably going to suck. It's going to be shitty football. The problem with... The XFL is this weird thing.

The XFL will force the NFL to adapt and implement things that make the NFL better

But here's what it will do, is it's going to force the NFL to actually implement some things that make the NFL better. Because like Skycam, the XFL is going to do one or two things right, and the NFL is going to have to adapt and implement those things.

Players should be able to fight one fan per year

I would like to see them implement my longstanding idea that players should be able to fight fans. One fight a year. You get to fight any fan that mouths off to you. You get to go in there and beat their fucking ass. And if you lose that fight, you have to give your salary to the fan.

The Falcons are a real, flawed good team

I do think that the Falcons are real. Yeah. I think that they're a good team. They're a flawed good team.

The Falcons may have the NFL's best skill-position group

I think that if the Falcons can do that, they have maybe the best set of skill position players in the NFL. If you're able to protect Penix, he's good enough to distribute it and then just let their awesome players do awesome shit.

MLB's proposed check-swing replay would make everything a check swing

Yeah. Parallel with the plate. Yeah. That's what I thought the rule was. And apparently that's just not the rule anymore. If they ever bring this system to Major League Baseball, I get—everything's a check swing.
