LeBron James is the best basketball player of his generation and his antics are hilarious

[LeBron] is absolutely the best player of his generation. ... My problem with LeBron lies mostly in the fact that you guys fail to see how hilarious he is. ... without LeBron James in the NBA, there would be so much less laughter.

The claim that he's the best of his generation is widely accepted, though the 'hilarious' part is subjective.

LeBron James has no friends left and even Carmelo Anthony is ducking his calls

He's such an unusual individual that he's lost all of his friends. ... Even Melo, it's gotten to the point where Carmelo Anthony is ducking LeBron James' calls because that's a toxic friendship.

There's no actual proof Carmelo was ducking calls, and LeBron remained close with his circle, though Carmelo never joined that specific Lakers team.

LeVar Ball is right: LeBron James will never win a championship with the Lakers without Lonzo Ball

Lonzo Ball is actually the most correct of anyone because he said that LeBron will never win without him... or sorry, LeVar Ball, said that LeBron will never win without Lonzo, and the Lakers are not as good of a team when Lonzo's out.

Lonzo Ball was traded in the summer of 2019 for Anthony Davis. LeBron James won the NBA Championship with the Lakers in 2020 without Lonzo Ball on the roster.

Roy Williams has been a better coach than Coach K since 2003

Three NCAA titles as opposed to Dukes' two since Roy Williams went to UNC. ... UNC has five Final Fours as opposed to Dukes' three since Roy Williams got there. And UNC has eight regular season titles to Dukes' three since Roy Williams got there.

The stats cited were correct as of Feb 2019 regarding titles and Final Four appearances since 2003.

The Knicks will probably win the series in five games or even sweep the Cavs

I still think that the, the Knicks are probably gonna win in five. They could even pull off the sweep. I guess the only real question we have for you, 'cause we already, we declared that the New York Knicks have won the series after game one. Correct.

The series is currently ongoing with the Knicks leading 2-0.

The NBA should rebrand the 'granny shot' as the 'pimp grip' to encourage players to use it

Nobody, no player in the NBA wants to shoot a free throw granny style. But if it's pimp grip, that sounds pretty fucking cool. Listen, if it goes in, it doesn't matter. Like if he and he would, he actually probably get some endorsements from it.

This is a comedic suggestion and not a verifiable fact claim.

I want the Thunder to win so we can love Victor Wembanyama longer before the inevitable hate cycle starts

I know who I want to win. I want the Thunder to win this series. And the reason why I want the thunder to win this series is because I think if the thunder win, we get to restart the clock on how much longer we get to love Weby before we hate 'em. If the Spurs win this series and then they win their first championship and Weby dominates, we're gonna eventually hate Weby.

The outcome of the series is pending, and the 'hate cycle' is a subjective sociological prediction.
