The Browns didn't know how good they had it with Baker Mayfield and should have been happy with a serviceable quarterback

They ran [Baker Mayfield] outta town in Cleveland. I've been saying ever since Baker got that raw deal that they, they didn't know what they had when they had Baker. When you're the Browns, you gotta be happy sometimes with having a serviceable quarterback. And they thought that they could go ahead and break the structure of the NFL salary cap and give a sex predator $240 million guaranteed.

Mayfield went on to lead the Buccaneers to a playoff win in 2023 while Watson's tenure remained plagued by injury and poor performance.

Aaron Rodgers is having a better year than Deshaun Watson

There's a chance that Aaron Rodgers is having a better year than Deshaun Watson... Sean Watson is very bad.

Rodgers played four snaps and was out for the season, while Watson finished the season with 7 TDs and 4 INTs in 6 games with a 5-1 record, despite poor efficiency metrics.

Deshaun Watson probably has a burner account on Twitter

He also might have created a burner account after the game... allegedly from Deshaun, I think it was called the Twitter account, was like Gainesville raised or something like that. All the tweets that he had were about Deshaun Watson replying to people... saying not his fault.

While widely suspected by fans, it was never definitively proven that Watson was the user 'GainesvilleRaised'.

The Steelers will be a perfect Mike Tomlin team that goes .500 but misses the playoffs

It does feel like the Steelers are gonna just be a perfect Mike Tomlin team that they won't go under 500, but probably also won't make the playoffs.

The Steelers went 10-7 (better than .500) and actually made the playoffs as a Wild Card team.

Conor McGregor likely fought on an existing injury and aggravated it during the fight

I think it was probably hurt and probably aggravated it during the fight. Now, would it shock me to know that Conor McGregor tore his ACL in training and then he just pretended that it wasn't hurt? No, that wouldn't surprise me either. But I think it was probably something wrong with it and when he went out there to try to fight on it immediately, just it told him, 'no, you can't do this.'

While confirmed by some medical reports later, the exact state of his knee pre-fight remains a point of debate.

England was the much better team, but Erling Haaland is a one-man squad for Norway

England was a much, much better team. But... that guy that didn't pass the ball to Erling Haaland, give me a break. Haaland, you are a one man team and that's okay.

Subjective opinion on Haaland's role.

The World Cup being expanded to 64 teams is just a monetization play by Gianni Infantino

He wanted to turn it into American sports and he wanted to use this World Cup to learn how we're able to monetize every single facet of our sports. And the fact that it was somebody whispered like, 'Hey, you know, the NCAA tournament they used to do 64, everybody loved that bracket.' He thought about that and he was like, 'that's a great idea. I think I will, I'll try to do that.'

The World Cup expansion is a fact; the motivation is subjective but widely believed to be financial.
