The Jets are going to run the table and have a chance at the playoffs

I'm on board with the Jets. They're going to run the table. I think that they're going to run the table. I've talked myself into it.

The Jets did not run the table; they finished 7-9 and missed the playoffs.

The Vikings can beat any team in the NFC

The Vikings definitely need to be taken for real in terms of the NFC. Like they are a team that could beat anyone in my mind. I don't think there's one team in the NFC where you're like, man, that team [is untouchable] besides maybe the 49ers.

The Vikings won a playoff game against the Saints but were soundly beaten by the 49ers in the Divisional round.

The Eagles will win the NFC East because the Cowboys only beat up on the 'Sisters of the Poor'

I think that Dak Prescott is a franchise quarterback, but them as a full team, not that good. And the teams they've beaten have been bad, and they beat up on the Sisters of the Poor... I think the Eagles will win that division because they're now tied 5-4, and the remaining game is in Philadelphia.

The Eagles won the NFC East with a 9-7 record, while the Cowboys finished 8-8.

The Ravens' win over the 0-8 Bengals was more impressive than their wins against the Patriots and Seahawks

This win by the Ravens today was more impressive than their wins against the Patriots and the Seahawks because this was a classic letdown spot, a classic spot where the Ravens were going to read their press clippings... No. They demolished them from the first play on.

The Ravens did indeed stay hot, finishing the season 14-2, proving they were immune to the 'letdown' narrative that season.

England will beat the Netherlands and then lose a heartbreaking match to Argentina

I think England's gonna win this weekend. And then you'll have the realization that it might not actually be coming home after all... losing to Argentina at that stage, that would be the most heartbreaking loss they could possibly have.

Specific tournament outcome needs verification based on the actual 2026 bracket results.

Christian Pulisic is clearly not and cannot be the face of US soccer

I'm just sick of relying on him [Pulisic] to be the face of US soccer because it can't be, it's so clear that he's not.

This is a subjective evaluation of a player's leadership/status.

The 4-1 loss to Belgium was the worst USMNT performance in years

That was the worst performance from the US that I've seen in years. Just completely lackluster from the start. So much blame to go around. Tim Ream, friend of the program, good guy over the hill, turned into soccer Shawn Bradley before our very eyes got dunked on twice.

Subjective opinion on the quality of the performance.
