Everyone says it's a bad rule... I disagree. I think that it's not a bad rule. In fact, I think it's a good rule. It's the only rule that favors the defense at all. The way that the game's going, every rule change is in favor of the offense... This is the one rule that on defense, it gives you a little bit of [help].
