Theon Greyjoy is still alive and will survive his apparent death in Game of Thrones

Theon's alive. Well, if you go by my reasoning of if you don't get shot directly in the heart or directly in the brain on a TV show or movie, you end up surviving. [Big Cat: It took a spike through his body.] Through his appendix. You don't even need—it's right through his body.

Hot TakePop CultureFireSarcastic
Theon Greyjoy was definitively killed by the Night King and did not return to the show.

The Trail Blazers have the best home-court advantage in the NBA playoffs

The Trailblazers, I would contend, yeah, I'm going to say it, they probably have the best home court advantage in the playoffs.

This is an inherently subjective opinion about crowd impact and arena atmosphere.

I would cut D'Angelo Russell for being a 'bad decision maker' after his weed arrest

The stupidity is, like, way worse than the crime... Bad decision maker. Honestly, just put it in your pocket. I'd cut him.

D'Angelo Russell was not cut; he signed a max contract and became an All-Star that year. The take is exaggerated for comedic effect.

Kevin Durant vs. Michael Jordan is a legitimate debate

People are saying—I'm not saying. People are saying should the debate be Kevin Durant versus Michael Jordan... I kind of agree.

While KD is an all-time great, very few analysts still consider him in the same tier as MJ for GOAT status after leaving Golden State.

Duke would have won the National Championship by 50 points if they had reached the final.

I think if Duke plays in the championship game, they win by 50. Easily. That was a wasted opportunity.

This is a hyperbolic counterfactual that cannot be proven, making it subjective.

Michigan is already the favorite to win the National Championship again next season.

Michigan I think is right now the favorites to win next season. Tough to win back to back, but he has to hit the portal. He has to be active... which he already is.

This is a prediction for the next college basketball season.

College basketball is now 'pay to win' and that's unsustainable

It's a pay to win tournament. Like basketball is ruined. Unsustainable. Yeah, that's the new word that I keep hearing.

Subjective opinion about the direction of college sports governance.
