The Duke trio of Flagg, Knueppel, and Maluach are all special NBA prospects

I like all three guys a lot. [Cooper] Flagg... anticipation, the defense, I mean it just, his passing all this stuff is that he's a, he's a real competitor... [Kon] Knueppel iss like he's, he's gonna be very good pro... [Khaman] Maluach... he stays in front of [guards] by moving his feet... Those three guys are really special prospects.

Ryen Russillo's prediction that Cooper Flagg, Kon Knueppel, and Khaman Maluach are 'really special prospects' and that Knueppel would be a 'very good pro' has been confirmed. All three players were selected in the top 10 of the 2025 NBA Draft: Flagg first overall, Knueppel fourth overall, and Maluach tenth overall. Flagg went on to win the 2025-2026 NBA Rookie of the Year award and was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team. Knueppel also made the NBA All-Rookie First Team and led the league in three-pointers made in his rookie season. Maluach, while still developing, was a key contributor to Duke's Final Four run and was a top-10 draft pick, validating his status as a special prospect.

NBA players should only drink alcohol when they win a championship

What I'm saying for [Jalen Williams] is he should not say he's never gonna drink again. Because you should drink just only when you win an NBA championship. I'll see you next year beer.

This is a subjective lifestyle choice/philosophy.

The SEC will regain its national-championship dominance

It was still hard for me to believe that they're just not gonna win national championships now because of NIL. That's the kind of parity. I think the SEC is gonna turn this thing back around where they're gonna start rolling through people again.

BYU is ranked far too highly to be trusted

I was arguing Texas Tech being overlooked because at least they have some P4 wins in there. They looked like shit against Colorado. BYU is eighth in both polls. I'm not putting them in there.

Whether BYU deserves its ranking and can contend is evaluable over the 2026 season, which is not complete.
