LeBron James would obviously beat Mike Tyson in a street fight because of his size and reach.

LeBron James would obviously beat up Mike Tyson. He's way bigger, Billy. Dude, reach. He's bigger. Mike Tyson... LeBron James is like 6'9". And LeBron's tough. He's never flopped.

This is a hypothetical fight between a basketball player and one of the greatest heavyweight boxers ever. It is subjective, though logically most would favor the professional boxer.

I'm taking the Cowboys to win the Hall of Fame Game because Mike McCarthy wants to set a tone for Hard Knocks.

For that reason, I'm going to take the Cowboys in the game tonight just because I think that McCarthy, he knows that Jerry Jones has his, like, emperor palpatine breath breathing down his neck all the time. So he wants to set a tone, and he knows that he's on hard knocks.

The Cowboys lost to the Steelers 16-3 in the Hall of Fame game on August 5, 2021 (the night before this podcast aired, though the hosts recorded just before the game).

Australia is a mortal lock to beat Slovenia in the Olympic Bronze Medal game.

Mortal lock of the century, Australia, third place game. You've got to find the teams that actually, it's like bowl season... Luka just carried his team to the semifinals, and now is he going to be like, I'm going to really want a bronze medal? Australia, that group together, has never won a medal.

Australia defeated Slovenia 107-93 to win the bronze medal on August 7, 2021.

If Justin Herbert had played in the SEC, he would have been the number one overall pick.

I scouted [Justin Herbert] for two years. I go to ESPN, and I'm standing on the table like, I want this guy... And I said it, which was if Justin Herbert played in the SEC, he would have been the number one pick in the draft. But he's quiet. He's in Oregon.

This is a hypothetical claim that cannot be proven, making it subjective.

Arm length doesn't matter for a tackle as long as the quarterback doesn't have tiny hands

Arm length doesn't always dictate everything. If you have a guy that's got short arms that's playing tackle, it's not the end of the world unless maybe you also have a quarterback with tiny hands, in which case it's like synergy factors. Right. Where if the guy with short arms can't block the guy and then the guy with tiny hands gets hit, more likely to fumble.

Whether specific arm length correlates to fumbles based on QB hand size is largely theoretical and difficult to prove or disprove.

You should never order appetizers at a steakhouse to maximize your sides

I'm of the mindset now that you don't need any appetizers at steakhouses. It's, it's a good place to run Zero apps... You don't need the calamari at a steakhouse... The sides at a steakhouse are elite. The mashed potatoes are always elite... mac and cheese always elite at a steakhouse, you wanna maximize your sides to go with a steak.

This is entirely a matter of personal dining preference.

Trent Williams is the rare offensive lineman who is actually fun to watch play

Trent Williams is a joy to have on your team. He's just a fucking bully. He's also the rare offensive lineman where you have fun watching him play. Like after the ball was snapped, my eyes would just go to Trent Williams because it's like this guy, we might throw an interception, but Trent Williams might punch a guy in the throat.

This is a subjective opinion about entertainment value.
