The Bears defense is elite and can beat anyone

This Bears defense can beat anyone. [The 20-0 halftime lead] feels like a pivotal era in the Bears history where it's like everything's going to be good from this point forward.

The Bears did have an elite defense in 2018 (ranked #1 in DVOA), though they lost this specific game.

Ben Roethlisberger is bad now because he's too skinny

He's bad now that he's skinny. He doesn't know how to operate without all that extra padding around him. He just drops back, and since he doesn't have that padding, he's used to defensive ends just hitting him and bouncing off him or just being absorbed by his fat.

Roethlisberger actually led the NFL in passing yards in 2018 with over 5,000, so he wasn't 'bad'.

The Ravens are going to win the AFC North

The Ravens do look like a good football team. John Harbaugh is a week one gangster. Yeah, they're going to win that division.

The Ravens did win the AFC North in 2018 with a 10-6 record.

The 2020 NFL season is definitely happening

All indications point that there is definitely going to be an NFL season, and we are preparing for that as the NFL... Everything that I'm told is that we are definitely having an NFL season.

The NFL season did proceed on schedule in September 2020.

Cam Newton will prove he's still an MVP with the Patriots

Cam now has a huge chip on his shoulder and he's in a position to go to a great organization and prove that he still can be Cam Newton, the MVP that we saw a couple of years ago... If he buys into [the Patriot Way], he can be a part of something really good.

Cam Newton struggled in 2020, throwing only 8 touchdowns to 10 interceptions as the Patriots missed the playoffs for the first time since 2008.

Tom Brady left New England because he wanted long-term contract insurance the Patriots wouldn't give him

I think the fact that Tom wanted some long-term insurance, he felt like he had a lot left in the tank... and the fact that the Patriots probably offered something that he wasn't comfortable with... I think Tom has been feeling some kind of way for the last couple of years that he's been wanting to get that reinsurance from the organization.

This matches the widely reported narrative that Brady wanted a multi-year deal the Patriots were unwilling to offer at his age.
