Mason Graham is currently the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year

Mason Graham is probably the defensive rookie of the year right now, I would say... he's got a 43% pass rush win rate against the Packers... for a defensive tackle, it's crazy.

Mason Graham did not win DROY. Carson Schwesinger won. Graham made All-Rookie Team with 49 tackles and 0.5 sacks.

Jalen Hurts may have taken over offensive play-calling in the second half against the Rams

I think that there's a chance that Jalen Hurts may have just taken over offensive coordinator. There was a point in the game where he got into [Kellen Moore's] face and started yelling at him... it seemed to go to the extent of we need to be more aggressive. And I think that there's a chance that the offensive play caller in the second half was Jalen Hurts.

While Hurts' aggressiveness helped, there is no official confirmation that play-calling duties were stripped from Kellen Moore.

The Rams' knuckleball kickoff strategy will soon be copied by the entire NFL

Joshua Karty, their kicker, the Rams kicker, he actually did an interview a couple weeks ago where he's admitted that he has perfected the knuckleball. So he is using a knuckleball kick... I think that this will end up happening a lot more because he's figured it out and it's a copycat league. I think more guys are gonna figure it out.

Whether the knuckleball kickoff strategy was widely copied requires specific special teams data not readily available.

Bo Nix is the best quarterback playing in the Week 4 Monday Night double-header

There's four quarterbacks playing. Bo Nix is the best quarterback by a large margin in the four teams that are playing... It is Jake Browning, it is Tyrod Taylor, it is Tua, and Bo Nix. Wow. Yeah. Someone's gotta play well out of that.

Bo Nix had a spectacular 2025 season (14-3, NFL-record 12 comeback wins), but this was a Week 4 MNF take about who was the best QB in that specific doubleheader. Subjective comparison.

Arm length doesn't matter for a tackle as long as the quarterback doesn't have tiny hands

Arm length doesn't always dictate everything. If you have a guy that's got short arms that's playing tackle, it's not the end of the world unless maybe you also have a quarterback with tiny hands, in which case it's like synergy factors. Right. Where if the guy with short arms can't block the guy and then the guy with tiny hands gets hit, more likely to fumble.

Whether specific arm length correlates to fumbles based on QB hand size is largely theoretical and difficult to prove or disprove.

You should never order appetizers at a steakhouse to maximize your sides

I'm of the mindset now that you don't need any appetizers at steakhouses. It's, it's a good place to run Zero apps... You don't need the calamari at a steakhouse... The sides at a steakhouse are elite. The mashed potatoes are always elite... mac and cheese always elite at a steakhouse, you wanna maximize your sides to go with a steak.

This is entirely a matter of personal dining preference.

Trent Williams is the rare offensive lineman who is actually fun to watch play

Trent Williams is a joy to have on your team. He's just a fucking bully. He's also the rare offensive lineman where you have fun watching him play. Like after the ball was snapped, my eyes would just go to Trent Williams because it's like this guy, we might throw an interception, but Trent Williams might punch a guy in the throat.

This is a subjective opinion about entertainment value.
