Tom Brady and the Patriots were using the 'Omaha' cadence before Peyton Manning

Originally, the Patriots, Tom Brady was using it back in probably 2005 and 2006. And his quarterback coach, John Huffnagle, came from the Patriots to the Giants... He had it in our playbook in 2004. So, Patriots are probably using that in 01, 02, at least... then Peyton kind of made it famous.

Cadence terms like 'Omaha' are common in West Coast and Erhardt-Perkins systems. Brady has acknowledged using it, confirming Eli's claim that it wasn't a Manning invention.

Augusta National pipes in bird noises for the Masters broadcast

I'm more convinced than ever that the birds are actually piped in crowd noise. Agreed. There's one bird in particular. They play its call over and over and over. It's a cardinal, I think. They're getting sloppy with it. I think it might be a whippoorwill. But whatever it is, it's very obvious.

While CBS was caught using recorded bird sounds in 1990 and 1991, Augusta National and modern broadcasters maintain the sounds are natural, though the theory persists among fans.

Bryson DeChambeau looks fat when he is playing poorly

When you're bigger and you're doing well, you're strong. And when you're doing poorly, you're fat. And he looks fat today. Not to body shame, but there's something about the plus four next to his name that the strength now becomes a little pudgy.

This is a purely subjective observation about visual perception based on athletic performance.

Brooks Koepka playing the Masters on one leg is the most heroic thing ever

Brooks is playing on basically one leg. It's probably the most heroic thing I've ever seen in any sport ever. And again, we're not making excuses. We're not biased. We're stating facts. This is like Willis Reed. This is Kirk Gibson.

While Koepka was indeed injured, calling a golfer's performance 'the most heroic thing ever' in sports is hyperbolic and satirical.

The Super Bowl will be Detroit vs. Buffalo

I'm going Detroit and, and Buffalo. That'd be great. Right. It's between both these teams you like, you like the stories, you like Dan Campbell... Buffalo's kind of been my AFC team for a while. Love Josh Allen.

Neither Detroit nor Buffalo made the Super Bowl. Lions missed playoffs, Bills lost Div Round. SB was Seahawks vs Patriots.

The Giants defense will be ferocious and cause problems for the league

Their defense is, is set up to be very good, especially kind of in a pass happy league they can get to quarterback... they can get sack fumbles, they can get, you know, get to the quarterback and really, you know, cause some problems.

The Giants went 4-13 in 2025. Their defense was not 'ferocious' enough to cause significant problems for the league with such a poor overall record.

I could still be a successful college quarterback today because of my knowledge of the game

I think I could, yeah, in college I could go in there and still be pretty successful. I wouldn't have to run the, the, the rush of the defense line is not, is not as bad. You could really, you know, get to a lot of good plays and with your checks and this knowledge. So I think I could go out there and, and have a pretty, a pretty successful year in college.

Cannot be verified as he is retired, but a 2-time Super Bowl winner would likely dominate college defenses mentally.
