The Astros are better than the Yankees in every facet: rotation, lineup, and relievers

As a scout, I am afraid of the Houston Astros. I will say it, I'm afraid. Their rotation is just as good as the Nationals and their lineup is better and their relievers are better.

The Astros beat the Yankees in 6 games in the ALCS, proving they were the better team at that moment.

Patrick Mahomes' knee injury will only keep him out for 3 to 4 weeks

Patrick Mahomes has a knee... hopefully it's only gonna be like three or four weeks. But if he has a ligament [tear] then it's more.

Mahomes dislocated his patella and returned in Week 10, exactly three weeks later (missing 2 games). PFT was very accurate.

Joe Flacco's body language is the most concerning thing about the Broncos offense

The most concerning thing about Joe Flacco tonight was his body language overall. He has a face that he looks like he's always looking for his car in a big parking lot... He looks like he knows that his body is not capable of doing anything anymore.

Flacco was placed on IR shortly after this game and never played for the Broncos again, confirming the 'not capable' sentiment.

Aaron Judge is too tall to be a consistent hitter

My hot take [is] that Aaron Judge is too tall... Altuve would be basically at his tits and [Judge] can't like get his body down that low... the strike zone is much bigger. It's a fact that the strike zone is bigger.

While Judge has a massive strike zone, he won MVP in 2022 and has been one of the best hitters in baseball, making 'too tall' factually debatable as a liability.

Arm length doesn't matter for a tackle as long as the quarterback doesn't have tiny hands

Arm length doesn't always dictate everything. If you have a guy that's got short arms that's playing tackle, it's not the end of the world unless maybe you also have a quarterback with tiny hands, in which case it's like synergy factors. Right. Where if the guy with short arms can't block the guy and then the guy with tiny hands gets hit, more likely to fumble.

Whether specific arm length correlates to fumbles based on QB hand size is largely theoretical and difficult to prove or disprove.

You should never order appetizers at a steakhouse to maximize your sides

I'm of the mindset now that you don't need any appetizers at steakhouses. It's, it's a good place to run Zero apps... You don't need the calamari at a steakhouse... The sides at a steakhouse are elite. The mashed potatoes are always elite... mac and cheese always elite at a steakhouse, you wanna maximize your sides to go with a steak.

This is entirely a matter of personal dining preference.

Trent Williams is the rare offensive lineman who is actually fun to watch play

Trent Williams is a joy to have on your team. He's just a fucking bully. He's also the rare offensive lineman where you have fun watching him play. Like after the ball was snapped, my eyes would just go to Trent Williams because it's like this guy, we might throw an interception, but Trent Williams might punch a guy in the throat.

This is a subjective opinion about entertainment value.
