Caitlin Clark is going to increase WNBA revenue enough to improve rookie salaries

The w NBA draft, the, the, all the rookie wages getting tweeted out and everyone's like, what the fuck? It's like, well, this is what Caitlin Clark might be able to fix. She might be able to prove things a little bit. Like if people watch and then it starts making more money, then they get to pay more.

The WNBA signed a new media rights deal worth $2.2 billion in 2024, largely driven by Caitlin Clark's impact on viewership and revenue. WNBA salaries have been increasing as a result of this increased revenue.

The Pelicans would have beaten the Lakers if Zion Williamson had stayed in the game

I think the Pelicans win that game if Zion stays in the game. They had, Brandon Ingram wasn't good... and Zion was like, I'm putting the whole team on my back. And he almost beat the Lakers by himself.

The game was tied 95-95 with 3:13 left when Zion exited; the Lakers eventually won 110-106. While unprovable, it is a widely held 'what if'.

The Lakers are going to beat the Nuggets in their playoff series

I think they could be the nuggets... Championship experience, you know... [They've] got the players of all time. Anthony Davis, all stars, all NBA players. Why not?

The Nuggets defeated the Lakers 4-1 in the first round of the 2024 playoffs.

The Capitals are going to be killed by the Rangers in the first round

Bad news is they have to play the Rangers who won the President's trophy, which is, you know, basically impossible to lose in the playoffs if you're that good of a team... there's like no chance that we can beat the Rangers, but I'm just glad to be there.

The New York Rangers swept the Washington Capitals 4-0 in the first round.

Arm length doesn't matter for a tackle as long as the quarterback doesn't have tiny hands

Arm length doesn't always dictate everything. If you have a guy that's got short arms that's playing tackle, it's not the end of the world unless maybe you also have a quarterback with tiny hands, in which case it's like synergy factors. Right. Where if the guy with short arms can't block the guy and then the guy with tiny hands gets hit, more likely to fumble.

Whether specific arm length correlates to fumbles based on QB hand size is largely theoretical and difficult to prove or disprove.

You should never order appetizers at a steakhouse to maximize your sides

I'm of the mindset now that you don't need any appetizers at steakhouses. It's, it's a good place to run Zero apps... You don't need the calamari at a steakhouse... The sides at a steakhouse are elite. The mashed potatoes are always elite... mac and cheese always elite at a steakhouse, you wanna maximize your sides to go with a steak.

This is entirely a matter of personal dining preference.

Trent Williams is the rare offensive lineman who is actually fun to watch play

Trent Williams is a joy to have on your team. He's just a fucking bully. He's also the rare offensive lineman where you have fun watching him play. Like after the ball was snapped, my eyes would just go to Trent Williams because it's like this guy, we might throw an interception, but Trent Williams might punch a guy in the throat.

This is a subjective opinion about entertainment value.
