I have a 50/50 success rate for making good movies

You always go in with the best intentions, and it's never for lack of effort, but they don't always turn out the way you hope. If you think about what gets you into the Hall of Fame in baseball is batting .300. I think I'm probably 50/50 with the movies that turned out to be good and worked versus movies that didn't.

Subjective self-assessment, though Rotten Tomatoes scores for his career roughly bear out a mix of hits and misses.

You have to bet on the Steelers when Ben Roethlisberger thinks he is injured

This actually, if you are a betting man, and we are, you have to take the Steelers this weekend. Because an injured Big Ben, or even a Big Ben who thinks he's injured... always is dangerous.

The Steelers beat the Ravens 23-16 on November 4, 2018. Roethlisberger threw for 270 yards and 2 TDs while playing with a broken finger on his non-throwing hand.

LeBron James is suffering from alcohol withdrawal after drinking two bottles of wine

LeBron, this is a symptom of alcohol withdrawal... He had at least two bottles of wine, to himself, split maybe with a couple glasses to his three-year-old kid or whatever... that would put his blood alcohol content at above the legal limit... which means the next day he was going through symptoms of alcohol withdrawal, which is maybe why they lost.

A satirical claim intended to mock sports media analysis; LeBron's wine drinking is a known hobby but the 'withdrawal' claim is humorous speculation.

Jason Witten is clearly over his head and won't have a job at ESPN by the end of the year

I officially, officially feel bad for Jason Witten. He is so clearly over his head... And now I just feel bad because it feels like he's not going to have a job at the end of the year. And this is painful.

Witten finished the 2018 season but was widely criticized and returned to the Cowboys for the 2019 season, effectively ending his initial broadcasting stint after one year.

I wouldn't give up watching football even to double my net worth

[Speaker 4]: Would you double your net worth if it meant that you were no longer allowed to watch NFL football? [Wahlberg]: No, I don't think so. I don't think it distracts me or it takes away from what I'm doing in my primary business on my job.

Subjective personal choice.

Tom Cruise is the biggest movie star in the history of film

I got to tell you, Tom cruise is probably the biggest movie star in the history of film. One of them, for sure. I know if I could get the chance to work with Tom I'm showing up.

While subjective, Cruise's box office longevity and Top Gun: Maverick's performance make this a very strong argument.

Eli Manning deserves more respect from Giants fans despite being benched

Why are they still playing Eli Manning and benching Blake Bortles? That makes no sense. Eli brought them two championships, even though they were bullshit wins. They count. Eli should get the kind of respect that he deserves from the Giants fans, and all these guys are flipping so quick.

Subjective legacy debate. Eli's relationship with Giants fans remains a polarizing topic between loyalty and production.
