The Bears vs Panthers game is a 'must-win' for Chicago

Must win. Must win for the Bears. I'm I'm, I'm not going to waver on that. If on Sunday night the Bears lose ... I'm gonna be very upset.

The Bears won 36-10.

The Falcons have become the new Seattle Seahawks

The Falcons have become the Seahawks. Everything that the Seahawks have been for the last 10 years, I feel like that's, it's just utter chaos. Anytime the Falcons take the field, their last four games have been all insane.

The Falcons did have a string of extremely close games early in the 2024 season, including two one-point games and an overtime win.

Mike Evans is a lock for the Hall of Fame and could finish top five all-time in touchdowns

Mike Evans... is gonna go down like top five six in touchdowns and receiving yards. He's just so consistently awesome. Mike Evans deserves all the credit in that respect.

Evans hit 100 TDs in this game. To reach the top 5, he needs 129 (currently Marvin Harrison is 5th at 128). He is on pace to get close if he plays 3-4 more years.

Pete Alonso will definitely be back with the Mets next year after his heroics

[Pete Alonso] strikes out there and he's definitely not a Met next year. And now I feel like you can't, you have to give him all the money.

Pete Alonso did re-sign with the Mets, agreeing to a 2-year, $54 million deal for the 2025 season. Big Cat's prediction that the Mets had to bring him back after his playoff heroics was correct.

The goal allowed by the US goalie was the most embarrassing possible

What about the goalie? Yeah, I mean he... that was the most embarrassing goal that I've ever seen. Possible.

While subjective, the blunder by the US goalkeeper (Freeze/Turner) was widely mocked as a 'MAC football' level mistake.

The USMNT is the 'James Franklin Penn State' of soccer

People were making very mean jokes online that we were James Franklin, Penn State. And it is actually perfectly appropriate because if you look at who we played, we beat the teams we're supposed to beat... and then we absolutely got ass fucked by the team that was better than us in Belgium. We are not who we thought we were.

Subjective comparison.

We just suck at soccer as a country and that's okay

My take is we suck at soccer and that's okay. Like, I don't care that we suck at soccer anymore. I'm going to root for the US team. I'm gonna get excited when we're in a World Cup. I'm gonna get hyped up and it's gonna be fun to watch. And then I'm gonna be reminded that we suck at soccer and that it's just gonna be like, okay, yeah, that's okay.

Subjective perspective on American soccer.
