The Minnesota Vikings are not a good team despite their 4-1 record

Are we sure the Vikings are good? ... The only real good team they've played is they got absolutely Curb stomped by the Eagles. Are we sure the Vikings are good? ... If you're good, you don't have to, you don't have to, you don't have to tweet at Billy Football being like, Bro, we're good.

The 2022 Vikings finished 13-4 but had a -3 point differential and lost to the Giants in the Wild Card round, largely validating Big Cat's skepticism.

Monte Sweat is a better player than Chase Young

Our defensive line played well. Monte Sweat is a monster. I actually think Monte Sweat is better than Chase Young. Even when Chase Young was healthy.

While Chase Young won DROY, Monte Sweat became a Pro Bowler and has been more productive and healthy, eventually leading to him being a highly valued trade asset for the Bears.

Dan Snyder is willing to take down the entire NFL with him if forced to sell

Dan Snyder's entire strategy is, if you take me out, I'm taking everybody out with you. And he is going to, Dan Snyder is willing to take down the entire NFL with him.

Snyder did eventually sell the team, but no major 'dirt' report that brought down the league materialized after his exit.

You cannot learn how to win in the NFL by losing

As far as like just losing and taking the entire season, you can't, you can't learn how to win in the NFL by losing. That's a fact. That's a, that's just math.

This is a philosophical stance on team culture that is inherently subjective.

Michigan was definitively the better team in the National Championship and it never felt like UConn was in danger of winning.

Michigan was the better team. We all saw it. It never felt like [the game] was in danger. Like the only moment that I was like, oh, UConn might have a chance, was when there was like maybe five and a half minutes left and Mullens missed that three to cut it to four.

The episode presents Michigan winning the 2026 National Championship as a fact within the show's timeline.

Michigan was the best team all year — outside of Duke, who would have won the championship by a lot

They were the best team. They were the best team all year outside of Duke. 'Cause that actually was my other big takeaway — Duke just completely, Duke beat this Michigan team a month and a half ago.

Subjective comparison of team quality. Duke did beat Michigan during the regular season in 2025-26.

Danny Hurley is 18-1 against the spread in his last four NCAA tournaments, which is insane

Danny Hurley remains 18 and one in the last four tournaments against the spread. How insane is that? Furman is the only one that they didn't cover. That was the first round this year.

This is a factual claim about Hurley's ATS record over the last four NCAA tournaments. Based on UConn's remarkable tournament run, this is plausible and presented as a known stat. Cannot fully verify exact record but the claim is stated as fact.
