The Dolphins are the Super Bowl favorites

The Dolphins just have so much motion, so much speed. I think the Dolphins are the Super Bowl favorites. I said that a couple weeks ago too.

The Dolphins lost in the Wild Card round to the Chiefs and were never the actual favorites by odds or result.

Kirk Cousins was on the verge of the MVP conversation before his season-ending injury

The big story from this game was the unfortunate injury to Kirk Cousins, which sucks beyond belief... he also was playing awesome ball. Like he was on the precipice of being in the MVP conversation because the Vikings started to win games... and it all comes crashing down with the Achilles.

Cousins led the NFL in passing touchdowns (18) at the time of his injury and had a 103.8 passer rating, putting him firmly in the statistical conversation.

The Packers are officially a bad football team

I foolishly thought this was the spot to back the Packers because it was the Vikings off a big win against the Niners. The Packers look terrible. Turns out the Packers are just dog shit... yeah, the Packers are bad. Yeah, they're officially a bad team.

The Packers eventually righted the ship, finishing 9-8 and beating the Cowboys in a playoff game, meaning they weren't 'dog shit' for the full season.

Sam Howell is the franchise quarterback for the Washington Commanders

Sam Howell is the guy. He was amazing today. He might've been the best quarterback in the NFL this entire week... Sam Howell is the fucking guy. He's the most guy ever. Oh, okay. He is the guy. The guy a guy... he's the goddamn motherfucking guy bitch.

Howell was eventually benched later in the season for Jacoby Brissett and the Commanders traded him to Seattle in the offseason to draft Jayden Daniels.

Tom Brady helping Mike Macdonald prepare for the Patriots would be a huge slap in the face to the New England region.

That would be egregious if that was true. I don't believe it is true. But if it were, that would be unforgivable. Not unforgivable. That would be a, a blemish, a big blemish. Big time. It'd be a slap in the face of the whole region.

Subjective opinion on how a hypothetical rumor would be perceived.

Jayson Tatum is playing cute by claiming he found out about the Jaylen Brown trade on social media.

I'm sure he knew that he was on the trading block and he didn't know specifically when he got traded and he found out just like everyone else... all Brad Stevens, Jaylen Brown, they talked about how, you know, he was gonna be on the trading block and they were gonna try and move him. So I'm sure Jayson Tatum was also aware of that. But in terms of, he's probably playing a little, a little cutesy there where like no one specifically told him, 'Hey, this is the trade.' He found out like everyone else. But I'm sure he was not surprised and fully aware what the plan was.

Subjective interpretation of Tatum's PR framing.

The Celtics have another major move coming following the Jaylen Brown trade

There's something going on here. I I said it to Max on the boat yesterday. I was like, Jalen Brown was getting traded. I could, I could just feel it. I could feel it coming... I feel like the Paul George thing is, there's the, like, they might be doing another trade. There's another move coming.

The trade just happened in the fictional 2026 timeline provided; further moves are pending.
