Bryson DeChambeau worries too much about angles and should just play golf

He does like the compass and the he does like all the math behind his shots. Just go out and shoot the ball, dude, maybe if you stop thinking about it, you'd be like Brooks [Koepka] and wind shit... You worry too much about angles buddy.

Bryson DeChambeau went on to win the U.S. Open later that year (2020) using his analytical methods, proving they could win championships, though the debate over his pace of play continued.

Kobe Bryant was the bridge that took the baton from Michael Jordan and passed it to LeBron James

Kobe Bryant was the type of guy who [was] bigger than his sport, who was the guy who took the baton from Michael Jordan and passed it to LeBron James, who was basically the guy in the NBA for a decade plus.

This is a subjective assessment of a player's historical role in the league, generally supported by most basketball historians.

Kobe Bryant's death is the most shocking athlete death since Dale Earnhardt

I can't think of another case where an athlete of like this stature has passed away suddenly, like maybe the closest thing I can even think of is Dale Earnhardt.

The level of 'shock' is a subjective experience, though widely shared by the sports community at the time.

The NBA should have canceled all games on the day Kobe Bryant died

I think [the NBA] should have canceled the games today because of what he meant everybody in the league. It seemed like Kobe had some sort of influence on every single team... it felt like one of those things where the the whole league was like sleepwalking.

The NBA did not cancel games that night, though they later postponed a Lakers/Clippers game. This remains a subjective opinion on how the league should handle tragedies.

I will never learn my lesson and will continue to believe in the Houston Cougars for the next four years

If you think this is going to deter me from believing in the Houston Cougars for the next four years, you are sadly mistaken. I will never learn my lesson when it comes to this team.

The Cougars have historically struggled to get over the hump in the tournament despite high seeds.

I'm glad I missed Peyton Manning's birthday because he has enough people sucking his dick

I'm glad I missed Peyton Manning's birthday by the way. Fuck, fuck that guy. He's got enough people to suck his dick and wish him a happy birthday. Awful announcing quote that. I hope I do it again next year.

Subjective opinion on a celebrity's social status.

Nate Oats would not be a great fit at UNC

I don't think he'd be a great fit there. Would people be talking about Nate Oats as much for this job if he didn't wear those jackets? They feel like Carolina jackets. It feels like he's been accepting people into anticipating him being the next UNC coach for a while.

Oats did not take the UNC job; the outcome of whether he'd have been a 'great fit' is subjective.
