I will stop cussing for the rest of the season if Philip Rivers beats the Seahawks

If Philip Rivers, if they win, I won't cuss for the rest of football season. Yeah. I'm gonna stop cussing. It would be that magical of a moment.

Philip Rivers (playing for the Colts, not Chargers) did not beat the Seahawks. Seattle won 18-16 on a Jason Myers 56-yard field goal with 29 seconds left. Since Rivers lost, PFT's conditional bet (stop cussing if Rivers wins) was never triggered, but the underlying prediction of a Rivers victory was incorrect.

Kirk Cousins would get another $200 million contract if he only played the Buccaneers

Kirk Cousins might have another a hundred million dollars, $200 million contract if he could just play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers because in the last three starts against [them], he has thrown for 1,158 yards, 11 touchdowns, and one interception.

Based on actual stats provided in the quote, the 'dominance' claim is correct, but the contract claim is hyperbolic/subjective.

If the Panthers beat the Saints, next week's game against the Buccaneers is for the NFC South

With a win over the Saints on Sunday, the Carolina Panthers can make next week's game a clinching game... If the Panthers beat the Saints this weekend in New Orleans, that makes next week's game, which I believe is in Charlotte against the bucks that would be for the NFC South.

The math correctly reflected the state of the NFC South race in late 2025 where the Panthers surged.

Kyle Pitts will sign with the Kansas City Chiefs and become a first-team All-Pro

My prediction was that Kyle Pitts signs with the Kansas City Chiefs and becomes a first team all pro.

Kyle Pitts was franchise tagged by the Falcons at $15.05M for 2026. Did not sign with the Chiefs or become a first-team All-Pro.

The Bills could have three or four Super Bowls without kickers

You can make the argument that the Buffalo Bills would have like three or four Super Bowls if kickers weren't a thing in football. You can make the argument that the Patriots might not have had the start of that dynasty if it wasn't for kickers.

The claim is a counterfactual and cannot be definitively verified.

Jalen Hurts will answer the Titans by beating them as a passer

I actually think Jalen Hurts is good enough as a quarterback that when somebody dares him to do that, he could say, 'Fuck you, I will beat you as a quarterback.' And then stay in the pocket and throw for like 300 yards and three touchdowns.

Hurts' passing production against Tennessee will determine this prediction.

The Jaguars would be the second-best team in football if they win in Denver

If they win this game in Denver, I would put them maybe second in the power rankings behind the Jets.

The Jaguars' win and their resulting standing in PFT's power rankings are the relevant conditions; the ranking itself is subjective.
