Recruits will overlook a coach's personal scandals if the program is high-level enough

I'd say most kids probably would go play for that coach [who frequents massage parlors] if it was a high enough program. Hey, 17-year-old jock kid that is being recruited, your coach is so famous for being a good head coach that he's getting handjobs all the time... I bet you don't want to play for him.

This is a subjective sociological take, though historical evidence in college sports generally supports the idea that winning programs retain recruits despite coaching scandals.

The Eagles are playing like a pile of shit

They [the Eagles] are playing like a pile of shit. Offensively, they look boring. I don't know what it is that's so different from last year.

The 2018 Eagles struggled significantly compared to their Super Bowl season, finishing 9-7 and barely making the playoffs as a Wild Card.

The NFC East is the Redskins' division to lose

I think it's time to say this is the Redskins' division. I thought the Eagles would win tonight and it would be a race, but the Eagles having that showing, they have to now basically run the table.

The Redskins finished 7-9 and missed the playoffs after Alex Smith's season-ending injury in Week 11. The Cowboys won the NFC East.

Baker Mayfield is officially a franchise quarterback

Baker Mayfield saying, 'I woke up this morning feeling dangerous.' That's a franchise quarterback.

While Mayfield had a rocky tenure in Cleveland, he eventually led them to a playoff win and proved to be a legitimate NFL starter, later revitalizing his career in Tampa.

Duke would have won the National Championship by 50 points if they had reached the final.

I think if Duke plays in the championship game, they win by 50. Easily. That was a wasted opportunity.

This is a hyperbolic counterfactual that cannot be proven, making it subjective.

Michigan is already the favorite to win the National Championship again next season.

Michigan I think is right now the favorites to win next season. Tough to win back to back, but he has to hit the portal. He has to be active... which he already is.

This is a prediction for the next college basketball season.

College basketball is now 'pay to win' and that's unsustainable

It's a pay to win tournament. Like basketball is ruined. Unsustainable. Yeah, that's the new word that I keep hearing.

Subjective opinion about the direction of college sports governance.
