The amount of cocaine used per capita in the Final Four cities is the highest in the country

I would say that there's probably more per capita cocaine done in all four of these areas. Because you've got Miami, you've got Boca, you've got San Diego... And then also a lot of rich people in Connecticut doing blow.

This is a humorous generalization that cannot be definitively proven true for these specific four regions compared to all others.

UConn will cement themselves as the best program of the last 25 years if they win this title

Going up against the team that will further cement themselves as the best team in the last 25 years. So in terms of multiple winners in the last 25 years, UConn has four. Duke and UNC both have three apiece. This would be UConn's fifth if they could finish the deal.

UConn did win the 2023 title, giving them 5 since 1999, more than any other program in that span.

Nate Oats is officially on the hot seat

I'm officially putting Nate Oats on my hot seat. It's got to turn into go at least one year without a murder to get off this hot seat.

Nate Oats was not actually fired, nor did he ever enter a true 'hot seat' for performance reasons, making this a failed humorous prediction.

Players who play in Europe for 15 years often have a better life than fringe NBA players

I would actually say that a lot of players that end up doing the thing where they go to Europe and they play for 12, 15 years and they bounce around Europe all the time, they might have a better life than a guy that makes it to the NBA. Gets paid a shitload of money and maybe doesn't get, you know, doesn't sniff a championship. Maybe you're coming off the bench... going over and playing overseas in Europe or in New Zealand or Australia. That's probably a pretty good life.

This is entirely subjective lifestyle preference.

The 4-1 loss to Belgium was the worst USMNT performance in years

That was the worst performance from the US that I've seen in years. Just completely lackluster from the start. So much blame to go around. Tim Ream, friend of the program, good guy over the hill, turned into soccer Shawn Bradley before our very eyes got dunked on twice.

Subjective opinion on the quality of the performance.

Christian Pulisic was a 'no-show' and looked like he didn't care against Belgium

Christian Pulisic, the long anointed Captain America future face of this league for American soccer. Absolute no show of a game, I would say worse than a no show of a game. And then he checks himself out. Just looks lackluster, looks like he doesn't care at all. Had the most turnovers on the field of anybody. That played just really, really, really bad.

Subjective evaluation of Pulisic's effort and performance.

The US will never close the skill gap compared to the rest of the world in soccer

People will never close the skill gap. USA will never close the skill gap compared to the rest of the world in soccer.

Historically, the US has struggled to produce technical talent on par with Brazil or Europe.
