If I were to guess, I would say it's probably gonna get overturned. I can't see an entire country just being like, 'Yeah, no more smoking.' You have to let them smoke. Have you ever had a cigarette after you just got laid and you're drunk? It's pretty awesome.

The lockout is probably gonna happen. Nothing's gonna change. I think it's almost a hundred percent that there will be a lockout for at least a period of time.
