Medium Rare Plus is a real and valid steak temperature

Medium rare plus, is that an actual temperature that you can order a steak cooked? Every time we go to a steak house, I say medium rare plus, they say, okay, great... I always assume that a really nice steak house... they always err on the side of like, if you asked for medium rare, it's going to be closer to rare... so I like it like a little bit more than medium rare.

Chef Tom Colicchio confirms it is a real thing between rare and medium rare and says he would honor it in his kitchen.

Gonzaga will never make it back to a Final Four

Gonzaga is like, I don't think they'll be back. I'm sure they have great recruits and everything, but damn, that's a [loss]. That's never going to get to a Final Four.

Gonzaga has not returned to the Final Four since this take (as of the end of the 2024 season), though they remain a consistent tournament threat.

Coach K will lose the game immediately after his 100th career tournament victory

Of course [Coach K] is going to get to 100. He's probably going to lose the next game so he can walk away with exactly a hundred clean wins, just straight up three figures.

Coach K won his 100th game against Texas Tech, then won his 101st against Arkansas, before finally losing to UNC in the Final Four. The specific 'lose after 100' prediction was wrong.

The NFL is testing its way toward Tuesday and Wednesday games

Florio basically was like the NFL is testing out putting teams three times in a row on primetime because we're going to get to a point where they start playing Tuesday and Wednesday games. And I believe it.

This can be evaluated if the NFL introduces regular Tuesday or Wednesday games as described.
