The Thunder will only lose one game before the Western Conference Finals

The Thunder... I don't know if they'll lose a game before the Western conference final, maybe one. I think we said it one and a half. Like I don't, I don't, I just, they're just so good.

The Oklahoma City Thunder swept both the first round (4-0 against the Phoenix Suns) and the Western Conference Semifinals (4-0 against the Los Angeles Lakers), losing 0 games before the Western Conference Finals. This aligns with Big Cat's prediction of losing 'maybe one' game or 'one and a half' games.

The Celtics would hit their shots if they wore better jerseys

I think if they were better jerseys, they would hit their shots. How about that Hank? A prop franchise like the Boston Celtics aren't playoff... they've got classic uniforms they can pull from.

This is a subjective aesthetic opinion delivered with comedic intent.

I'm officially calling for a Game 7 between the Celtics and Sixers

The Celtics should blow 'em out in game six, but somehow they're gonna lose. And we're going to game seven. I've resigned to the fact that they're not [winning game six].

Hank predicted that the Celtics would lose Game 6, forcing a Game 7. The Philadelphia 76ers defeated the Boston Celtics 106-93 in Game 6 on April 30, 2026, tying the series 3-3 and forcing a Game 7.

The Celtics will win Game 7 and kill the Sixers

We're going to game seven and we're gonna deep fucking kill him. We're not losing this series.

Hank predicted the Celtics would win Game 7 and the series against the Sixers. However, the Philadelphia 76ers defeated the Boston Celtics 109-100 in Game 7 of their 2026 Eastern Conference playoff series, eliminating the Celtics from the playoffs.

Jalen Brunson is the current number one player in the NBA

I rank Jalen Brunson one. That's the whole point of winning a championship, is you get to spend an entire off season and saying your guy's number one. The whole point of winning a title is that then the next four months you get to just say, my guy, my best guy is the best guy in the whole league.

The ranking of current NBA players is subjective, though most analysts would still place Nikola Jokic or Giannis Antetokounmpo above Brunson.

The Knicks would not have won the NBA title without Tom Thibodeau

Listen, I know there's people who've been like, oh yeah, Tibs, like Biggest Loser. They don't win this without Tibs. I really believe that. Tibs inherited a godawful Knicks team and franchise and made them winners pretty quickly and made them competent. And then Mike Brown obviously took him over the top, but the guy before the guy I think still has some importance.

The impact of a previous coach's culture is inherently subjective.

The Portland Trail Blazers will be the biggest losers of the Hurricanes winning the Stanley Cup due to Tom Dundon's ownership style

I think the biggest loser in the Stanley Cup final is the Portland Trail Blazers. I think they're the biggest loser. I was thinking about it because Tom Dundon owns the hurricanes, has won a cup doing it his way somewhat cheaply... So I think the Trailblazers are gonna have to learn. They're gonna have to have this time where like imagine if David Tepper won a World Series while owning the Panthers his way... Tom Dundon's gonna be like, see guys, I did it. I'm gonna do it with the Blazers too.

Pending the future management and success of the Portland Trail Blazers under Tom Dundon's ownership.
