Mind-controlling teammates in Dungeons & Dragons is acceptable because it isn't the real world

This is d and d. It's different than the real world. I don't feel bad... Scre it. This is fake. This is fantasy life... I actually controlled your mind and brought you to the promise land.

This is a philosophical opinion on roleplay ethics and the 'truce' the cast made earlier.

TSA does not allow foam swords on planes

I looked up whether TSA would accept foam swords. They do not. And so [I] held onto my foam blade back at home. Didn't get to bring it, but I'm so honored to be in the presence of [the show] right now.

TSA guidelines often prohibit items that look like realistic weapons in carry-on bags, even if made of foam, though 'toy' foam swords are sometimes allowed. Timm's specific LARP gear likely failed the check.

LARPing is actually a lot of fun

I've larp before. LARPing is great. It's so much fun... it's like very Game of Thrones. Yeah, I was an archer. It was so much fun.

Subjective opinion on a hobby.

Baldur's Gate 3 is currently bigger than Dungeons & Dragons itself

I'd say [Baldur's Gate 3] is bigger than D&D itself right now. It has won all the awards. It has become this huge video game and it's all based off of the D&D rules. It's the best job they've done taking the game we know and love and turning it into a video game experience.

Baldur's Gate 3 won Game of the Year at The Game Awards and was a massive cultural phenomenon, bringing D&D mechanics to a wider audience than traditional tabletop play.

I will be calling college football this fall

If I make myself publicly fully available right now, best case scenario, I'm in the booth calling college football this fall. Is that gonna happen? Is that reality? I don't know. But the odds are going to increase by making this jump right now.

Jake did secure several broadcasting assignments after leaving the show, including college sports.

The French Open court conditions were to blame for Novak Djokovic's meniscus injury

He blamed the court surface because of the rain. He asked them to wipe it multiple times and they did not approve... could this injury have been prevented? Possibly if there was just a little bit more frequent care of the court.

Djokovic himself cited the surface as the cause for his tear, though medical proof that wiping the court would have prevented it is impossible.

Dots Pretzels are the most addictive snack in existence

I've never been addicted to a snack more than this. And it's dangerous. It is crazy.

Subjective opinion on snack preference.
