Matthew Stafford will win the NFL MVP award in 2026

I would like to go with Matthew Stafford for MVP. Personally, I have a little Stafford fatigue, but maybe not for the league. So I'm just going with Stafford.

The 2026 NFL MVP has not been named.

Jared Goff will be the next NFL player to record 400 or more passing yards in a game

I'm going to go with the next player to record 400 plus pass yards in a game. I'm taking Jared Goff. They're plus 1100. I don't think it matters what their schedule is. No, not for a guy like Jared Goff.

The 2026 season has not yet concluded.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba will lead the NFL in receiving yards after the first three games of the season

Jaxon Smith-Njigba to lead the league in receiving yards after three games. I think Game one against the Patriots at home, national audience, big stage... then week two against the Cardinals and then week three against the Commanders. If their defense is half as bad as it was when they played last year, then he will probably have a pretty decent game.

The first three weeks of the 2026 season have not occurred.

The Falcons will finish the 2026 season with fewer than 7.5 wins

I'm gonna take the Falcons under seven and a half wins. I'm gonna take under seven and a half. I again, long term I'm in on the Falcons and Stefanski, they just need to get a quarterback.

The 2026 season is just beginning.

California is one of the worst states in America

I'm gonna go with California. I love that place Zac, go off. There's 50 states, four gotta go on each list. I'm just gonna go California. What it could have been and what it once was.

Subjective ranking of states.

I could fully master the skill of grave digging in a single night

I'm going to take grave digging. ... I just think there's, or no, that just seemed like a, a skill. It's a profession. ... You put it down as like a skill you have.

Paul Skenes' sudden velocity drop suggests he might be dealing with an injury.

My Hot Seat this week is gonna be guys who maybe aren't really acting like themselves right now. 'cause Paul Skenes got pulled today after five innings on 65 pitches, and he didn't pitch one pitch over 95. Is he, do we think he's injured?

Pending further injury reports from the Pirates.
