Indianapolis is the center of the sports world this week, and Big Cat and PFT are reporting live from the combine with a mix of high-level insider info and total nonsense. The biggest cloud hanging over the league right now is the future of Tom Brady, and while the media is buzzing about a potential exit from New England, PFT is reading between the lines of the latest reports.

I'm reading that as Tom Brady hates everyone in the Patriots organization is looking to get out of town as fast as possible.
While every team from the Titans to the Raiders has been linked to the GOAT, the discussion turned to which landing spot would actually be the most jarring. PFT thinks seeing Brady in a certain Florida uniform would be a visual nightmare, though Big Cat thinks the purple in Minnesota would be just as offensive.

Adam Schefter joined the show for his annual combine interview, and things immediately went off the rails. The guys finally got to the bottom of the legendary 'Assault.' tweet regarding the Miles Garrett incident. Schefter revealed he was actually dozing off in his closet watching a tiny TV when the helmet swing happened, leading to the tweet heard 'round the world. Beyond the assault, Schefter also finally gave the behind-the-scenes truth on the infamous Condoleezza Rice to the Browns report.

Condoleezza Rice was a person that they had interest in talking to, getting her perspective... I report the Browns would like to talk to Condoleezza Rice... and an hour later the Browns released a statement. [The leak] wasn't thirsty, they initially contemplated whether they were willing to have that information go public.
Outside of the interview, the guys addressed the growing concern over the coronavirus and its impact on the sports world. While the world is panicking, PFT is looking at the resume and wondering if this virus has the clutch gene or if it's just beating up on inferior opponents.

In a return to the diamond, the Houston Astros are already getting plunked at a record pace in Spring Training. Big Cat sees a massive gambling opportunity here, suggesting that the sheer volume of hit-by-pitches might actually be the key to their success in 2020.

Fyre Fest of the week featured a classic debate over steak temperatures. Big Cat is tired of being gaslit by PFT and the rest of the world regarding his favorite order. He insists that 'Medium Rare Plus' is a necessary protection against restaurants that don't know how to handle their grills.
