Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks need to break up

The difference this time is Giannis just outright said it... he's basically saying, I don't know what's gonna happen with me and the organization. They just need to break up. He's the best player in Bucks franchise history... I think it's time. You gotta just do it. Get draft picks and move on.

The outcome depends on whether Giannis is traded or signs an extension/stays through his contract.

I kinda like Michigan over Arizona despite betting the Arizona moneyline

Michigan is the best team in the country at rim denial and not letting teams score at the rim. They just don't let you do it — they have the size to stop you at the rim. That's where Arizona wants to eat. It's a true best on best and it's kind of like a gamble of which best is gonna win. And I, I think it's gonna be Michigan's... I don't know.

The Philadelphia Eagles going 4-13 is the medicine the NFL world needs

I think the medicine everyone in the world needs, whether you root for the Eagles or you don't, is a 4 and 13 season for the Eagles. It'll be great for everybody because it'll manage the expectations for Eagles fans and then everyone else can remember what it was like back in the day when the Eagles were not a good football team.

Caleb Downs might be the best player in the entire 2026 NFL Draft if his medicals check out

If the physical and the medicals check out, which is a big if — I don't have access to any of that information — Caleb Downs, I think he might be the best player in the entire draft. It's just about do you want to spend that pick on a safety number one, and then number two, is he healthy medically?

The investigation into the 49ers substation being a health risk is not over yet

My who's back is first the 49ers substation because John Lynch came out and said that they hired an independent scientist... he basically said it was a big nothing burger. I feel like we're not gonna, this isn't the end of the story. Especially with the fact that he said that with nothing burger. Is that a scientifical?

The 'end of the story' is subjective, but further legal or medical findings could validate this skepticism.

I would take Darius Acuff as a top five pick in the NBA Draft

I would take him top five personally. If you watch him play basketball and you don't think that he can't just own a franchise, be like, 'Hey, here you go, it's your franchise, you're gonna have fun.' He's that good.

Geno Smith is still a capable starter despite his poor reputation on the Jets

Geno Smith can still play. He beat the Patriots last year. Bad year, I don't know what we're talking about. I think it's a good deal. I just don't know why people say Kevin O'Connell could fix him but because he signs with the Jets, people say he won't be good.

The Panthers were right to overpay for Jaelan Phillips

The Panthers getting Jaelan Phillips, even though it was a lot of money, I feel like you gotta do it. Cap went up and I feel like you have to do those type of moves, especially when you are a playoff team from last year. Your defense was a problem... I'd be like, oh, Howie's interested? A veteran center like Tyler Linderbaum is the perfect move for a rookie quarterback

I actually really like the Linderbaum Raiders signing... when you have a center that's seen those looks, that knows how to go into a game plan, knows how to communicate, not only just calms the quarterback down, it calms the entire offensive line and offense down. It takes so much off the quarterback's plate... Now I don't have to worry about who the Mike is.

The Commanders overpaid for Odafe Oweh based on a Jesse Minter-inflated sack total

He had the sixth highest pressure rate once he joined the Chargers... I will say though, that's with Jesse Minter coaching him. And that's with Jesse Minter dialing up plays that led to some unblocked pressures... It's a pretty penny. That's a lot of money to throw at him.
