The UFC should implement a rule requiring submissions after prolonged ground control

I just think that if you take someone down for 25 minutes and wrestle them, you should have to submit them... If you wrestle someone for 25 minutes, you have to submit them. Or else it's impressively boring.

The biggest problem here is making sure that you are 100% on it when it comes to over training. 'cause getting in there overtrained is even worse than getting in there undertrained to be honest.

Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson is going to be Billy vs Canseco — a huge disappointment where the older fighter gets hurt early

I feel like these fights are always disappointing. And this one I still feel like it will be. But that quote got me fired up and I am hoping I go on social media and see [Tyson] knock him the fuck out. It's gonna be Billy versus Canseco.

Jake Paul won by unanimous decision in a fight widely considered boring and disappointing. Tyson was unable to mount any real offense. The Billy vs Canseco comparison was apt.

Mike Tyson could be 90 years old and still knock someone out.

I'm pumped up. 'cause I think everybody that is, most people that are paying attention to this would just like to see another Mike Tyson knockout. Yes. Just bring us back to the glory days. Yes. And he could be 90 years old and I would still believe that he'd be able to knock somebody out.

Subjective claim about potential power, though Tyson lost the actual fight against Jake Paul (which took place later in 2024) by decision, not knockout.

The only thing we have to do is put out a better product and we win in my opinion. You know, we don't have a show that goes head to head on Mondays. We're not trying to quote unquote, put them out of business. My take on that is if we just focus on ourselves and we tighten up all our screws and we make our show better then we win.

I'm all for anybody—boxing is unbridled capitalism, right?... I'm fine with the cash grab... exhibitions are never going away.
