Marquis Noel is the best individual performance I've ever watched in the tournament

It was the best game I've ever watched in my life out of a single player. Like you can, you can point to other individual performances in the tournament... but the way that he took over the entire court was unreal.

This is a subjective evaluation of a single performance compared to all others in tournament history.

Drafting Jalen Carter was a genius move for the Eagles, but he would not have worked for the Bears because they lack veteran defensive leadership.

I actually think that it was genius for the Eagles to take [Jalen Carter]. And the Bears did not take him because everything we've heard about him, he needs veteran leadership around him. The Bears do not have that. The Eagles have the opposite. They have a lot of great defensive players, a lot of older Fletcher Cox, like a lot of guys that will help him.

Carter was a finalist for DROY on the Eagles, while the Bears defense improved significantly later in the year after acquiring Montez Sweat, suggesting Big Cat's assessment of their respective needs was fair.

The Phillies losing Game 2 was a 'better way to lose' than a bad loss because they showed fight

I would much rather see go down like that than if they were to roll over. It's not a good loss. It was a bad loss... but the team showed enough fight to win that game. The Braves just played better in the ninth. I would rather see [that].

Inherently subjective 'cope' logic.

J.J. Watt’s Players' Tribune article is basically erotic fan fiction he wrote about himself

One was wearing a 99 jersey with my name on the back, and another was wearing shoes with my logo on them... That was some fucking fan fiction erotic art shit for J.J. Watt. He hired a J.J. Watt mega fan to write that passage.

The article's content is factual in that Watt wrote it, but Big Cat's 'fan fiction' label is a subjective critique of the style.
